Tutorial: Particle + Vortex Fun

Hot summer here... Working; actually even standing close to my PC while it's on gets super hard these days. Good news is that a new videotutorial is up. We'll have some fun using a particle system and some force fields (vortex) that guide the particles to create an interesting shape. A bit of compositing will help the final render 'pop up' and look far more interesting. Enjoy!


You can see the result on the video below. Lots of options here, again. You can change the particle settings, colors or even use simple objects as particles and render them using Cycles. Feel free to use different force fields (experiments can create awesome results some times btw) and different emitters (cubes spheres etc). Have fun!


You can get the final .blend file from here. You might need to bake the particles before rendering.
